Well........... the cuzzies are here from England and we have been waiting to put up the tree
After forgetting to do it for a few days ................its up but I'm not sure for how long as the littlest one keeps taking "Balls" off the tree
This is what we get up to at night
The cheeky one has to go to her own bed or there would be no sleeping!!!!!!
Jack made his teacher a Christmas present this year.......following on with my homemade presents theme
Here is the link to it www.bakerella.com
We modified it for Christmas by only using Christmas coloured pebbles......I wonder what happened to the other ones.........
I think he did really well.............and as you can see...........he is proud as punch

Charlie, Auntie Dot, Auntie Di and I went to the Botanic Gardens the other day
Was awful weather but we are so pleased we risked it.

Bubbles for Aisling
Today at 11 o'clock we blew some bubbles for a little girl that we all know as Aisling who was buried today..........
It was a beautiful day and the kids had a lovely time!
It was nice to reflect on our kids and how much we treasure them.............
Thanks for the bubbles Rochelle.........the only sort Rochelle would get caught with *wink wink nudge nudge*

Wooly dying playtime
I have been planning to dye some wool for ever..............
I had this in a multi coloured wool and some white
I knitted it up into slippers for Charlie but stuffed up the sizes royally which was very lucky for Maia
and then thought ....what do I do with the white?
I think I will try with some 'real' wool next....I just wanted to have a play with something that I had spent little money on....

Rubber mats for beds and sleeping bags ???

Julie's Knitting
To blow my own trumpet.....I have taken up knitting again.
In a desperate attempt to get more woolly goodness than may fantastic friend Tash could knit, I have re learnt the old ways
Here is some of my latest and first attempts
A Kaia Babydoll in Tekapo Forest and TWC Avocado----->
A Milo in TWC Rasberry -->
This is us
I thought it was long overdue I started one of these
Its also a good chance to admit that I [Julie] dont have many photos of myself :-(
and a good time to rectify that problem
So here we are at Jacks 7th Birthday party in June
